MEMBERSHIP REPORT COLUMN  LEGEND

Short for POSiTION, this column gives a numerical indication where the District, County / Area, or post ranks within the given area.

YTD
(Current Membership Year)
YTD stands for Year to Date and gives the exact amount of membership received for the Department, District, County, or Post for the current membership year

YTD
(Previous Membership Year)
YTD stands for Year to Date and gives the exact amount of membership received for the Department, District, County, or Post for the same time during last year's membership year

of
GOAL
Percent of Goal is the percentage of the membership goal received as of the date of the report.

GOAL
Goal is last years total membership plus 1 percent or 101 percent of the previous year's membership.For example: A post's previous year's membership was 500 then the goal for the next year is 505. On the other hand, a post's previous year's membership was 50 then the goal for the next year is 51.

DATE MEMBERSHIP LAST RECEIVED is the date membership from a given post was last received by Department Headquarters.

NUMBER of MEMBERS RECEIVED is the number of memberships dues received by Department Headquarters during the preceeding week.

3 STAR
DIFF
3 STAR DIFFERENCE is the number of remembership dues that are needed for the Department, District, County / Area, or post to achieve a THREE STAR STATUS.

4 STAR
DIFF
4 STAR DIFFERENCE is the number of remembership dues that are needed for the Department, District, County / Area, or post to achieve a FOUR STAR STATUS.

3 STAR
3 STAR is the total number of memberships needed by the Department, Districts, Counties, or Posts to achieve the same membership total as the previous year plus 1. For example; A post that had 300 members in the previous year will need 301 for the current year in order to reach the 3 STAR status.

 

NOTE:
Districts, Counties / Areas and Posts are reminded that membership totals for posts that have lost their charters or have merged with other posts still are figured in their respective ALL TIME HIGH totals.
